Prachuap Khiri-Khan Coast
The southern Thai province of Prachuap Khiri-Khan has long stretches of quiet coastline where one can easily spend a few days relaxing. Fishing is a major source of income for many local residents here, and one can spot the squid boats with their green lights dotted along the waters just off the coast each night.
I was able to fly my drone about 1km off the beach one night to get a closeup view of the squid boats at work. The boats that I saw were small vessels with a crew of one, which seems a lonely, albeit peaceful night's work.
